Port and Maritime

What if we develop sustainable maritime
and inland waterway transport
together?
Reduce the environmental impact of maritime and port activities
Create new, sustainable social and economic opportunities
Protect and regenerate vulnerable marine and river ecosystems

Maritime or inland port regions are central to our economies. But they face numerous challenges, such as changes in economic activity, a highly competitive environment, nature conservation and conflicting sectoral interests. Let’s turn ports into drivers of the ecological transition to a low-carbon, circular economy that create jobs and promote social equality. We work with you to strike the right balance between attracting people and businesses, harmonizing sectoral interests, developing sustainably, strengthening resilience and improving cost efficiency.

Developing seaport, river port, commercial port, fishing port or marinas requires a broad vision of understanding adapted to the local context, whether in Europe, Overseas France or in the Global South. Innovation, multidisciplinarity and the ability to propose tailor-made solutions are essential for planning tomorrow’s port, maritime and river activities.

Supporting the evolution of maritime transport

Shipping companies that transport freight or passengers must constantly rethink and adapt to the market. Let’s work together to strike the right balance between service attractiveness and cost optimization.

  • Development strategy for new shipping lines
  • Market study, business plan
  • Optimization of services and definition of offer (types of ships, capacity, frequency, on-board services, etc.)
  • Comparison of management methods and support for contractualization
  • Study of new engines

Internationally recognised expertise

With more than 40 years of experience with projects in many countries, we support your international port projects.

Promote river transport

Waterways are true transport corridors. Let’s make them more attractive for freight transport. And on smaller canals, let’s promote tourism.

  • Modal shift assessment
  • Development strategy for river activities and tourism
  • Support in renewing public service contracts
  • Development of ports and riverside stops
